🔸 A day after the release of the news about the kidnapping and murder of Hamidreza Rajabzadeh, a government-affiliated mourners’ singer, the spokesperson of the Information Organization of Law Enforcement Force (NAJA), FARAJA, announced the arrest of a person as the alleged “main person involved” in this incident.
🔸 This police official did not mention the identity or the motive of the accused person.
🔸 Several government-affiliated media outlets had written on Saturday that Rajabzadeh, 30, from Mashhad, was kidnapped while his family had gone on a trip.
🔸 While the details of the murder of this government-affiliated mourners’ singer have not yet been officially proven and publicized, on social media supporters of the government immediately attributed his killing to one of the opposition groups and called for the killing and execution of as many opponents of the Islamic Republic as possible.
🔸 In response to this news, government opponents, meanwhile, said the manner of this person’s death is close to the “methods of government killings” in Iran and interpreted it as groundwork for more executions by the judiciary.
