Alireza Zakani, in a new account of the missile attack on February 29 (9 Esfand) on the office and residence of Ali Khamenei, has claimed that the missile hit Majtaba Khamenei’s house, where he and his wife, Zahra Haddad Adel, were present. The attack resulted in the death of Zahra Haddad Adel, while Majtaba Khamenei survived with only a few minor injuries. He emphasized that Majtaba Khamenei was one of the targets of the United States and Israel in that attack—an attack that led to Zahra Haddad Adel being killed in the strike, and left Majtaba Khamenei alive with only a few minor injuries.
