Examples such as war, massacre, and figure-building under the Islamic Republic system, along with other instances, can be mentioned among the cases where the ruling power, by taking advantage of artificial intelligence, moves toward managing public opinion and digital warfare by distributing fake images and audio. Of course, this power can also be propaganda on the opposing side in every country—some opponents, for any goal, have also been seen committing forgery in certain cases. Now, this forgery can be entirely a fabrication of the news or a manipulation of the news.
