The Israeli army demolished the home of Farouk Ramadan, a Palestinian citizen living in the village of Tal, in the south-west of Nablus.

According to reports, during clashes on July 24 in this village between residents and a group of Israelis, Ramadan took a weapon from one of the security forces and began shooting, resulting in the deaths of Major Yuval Ezra, an army commander, and Binayahu Mellet, from the Civil Guard unit. Although the army’s investigations suggest that “Mellet” may have been killed by a case of mistaken fire from its own forces.

Ramadan was shot and killed in the same incident, when Major Ezra’s bullet hit him, and three other Palestinians were also killed in the clashes.

This Tuesday morning, 20 Mordad, Israeli army artillery unit 411 carried out a raid on the village and destroyed Ramadan’s house.
