Donald Trump, the president of the United States, on Sunday, 15 Shahrivar, by publishing three charts, emphasized the consequences of the United States’ economic pressure on the Islamic Republic.

President Trump published these charts without separate explanation on his account on “Truth Social.” The first chart, titled “Iran’s oil exports are collapsing,” shows a sharp drop in the Islamic Republic’s oil exports in recent months.

The other two charts, titled “Iran has been hit by hyperinflation” and “Iran’s money has been destroyed,” depict the dollar exchange rate rising to more than 2 million rials and a sharp decline in the value of Iran’s currency.

The release of these charts comes as the Trump administration has turned economic pressure, alongside a naval blockade, into one of the main pillars of its strategy against the Islamic Republic. Scott Bessent, the U.S. Treasury secretary, described this strategy as a combination of a blockade and the harshest sanctions against the Iranian regime.
