Fars News Agency, affiliated with Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, reported, citing an informed source, that Iranian and Omani officials have reached an agreement on the routes for the entry and exit of ships in the Strait of Hormuz.

According to this report, after a transitional period, all traffic will be carried out through the mid-corridor, and the “transit fee” will be set based on the services provided rather than as a percentage of the value of the cargo.
