Government officials and security guards, with gunfire into the air, dispersed a gathering of job-seeking youths in front of the Dab(l) Khazaei sugarcane company in Khuzestan, arresting a number of them.

According to ILNA, youths from the villages of Moran and Omīsheh had been holding a rally in front of this company for several consecutive days, on Sunday, to demand the hiring of local forces, when the agents clashed with them.
