Information received indicates that Javidanam Abolfazl Mīrāyīz, one of the dead of the revolutionary uprising in Gorgan, was a benefactor and a hidden supporter of children suffering from cancer.
According to reports received, this young protester, every month and without informing those around him and his family, transferred amounts of money to accounts of support institutions in order to help cover the heavy costs of medicine and chemotherapy for children in need.
This humanitarian act was only made known to his family recently, several months after the young man was killed. The Mīrāyīz family, prior to this contact, had no knowledge at all of their son’s ongoing financial help to sick children.
Javidanam Abolfazl Mīrāyīz, a young man from Gorgan, died on the evening of Dey 18 (January 8) as a result of direct shots from government forces to his head and legs.
