Iraq’s Ministry of Oil said the country’s average daily oil exports since the beginning of August 2026 have reached the highest level since the start of the Iran–U.S. war.
“Bassem Mohammed Khzeir,” Iraq’s oil minister, who had appeared at a press conference, said that oil exports since the beginning of the month have reached two million barrels per day and, in total, about 26 million barrels of oil have been exported.
