Jafar Pourkabgani, known as “Jafar Tabar” in Bushehr, is a figure who has emerged from security and military institutions that previously included serving as governor of the province’s central city, and has now taken a seat in the Majles.
Reports and data received from citizens and sources at Iran International indicate that this member of the Islamic Consultative Assembly has been involved in the suppression and killing of protesters during the “National Revolution of Iranians.”
Farzad Fattahi, a member of Iran International’s editorial staff, explains this matter.
