🔻Peزشکیان: We will do what we can so that no problem arises in people’s livelihoods

Masoud Pezeshkian, the President of Iran, in the second part of his televised interview, spoke about the actions taken by the government in the area of ensuring people’s livelihoods, and emphasized that “we will do what we can so that no problem arises in people’s livelihoods.”

Mr. Pezeshkian said that due to a shortage of foreign currency, the country is facing difficulties, and added that regarding the food vouchers (kala-barg) as well, we will do what we can to ensure that at least no problem arises for people’s livelihoods.

However, Mr. Pezeshkian did not present a program or plan to address these problems—about which he did not go into details in his remarks.

The first part of Mr. Pezeshkian’s remarks was aired last night (Wednesday, 14 Mordad) on Iranian television.
