🔶 Registering 45 oil tankers in the “blacklist” of the Persian Gulf Waterway Management Authority

The Persian Gulf Waterway Management Authority has registered 45 vessels in a blacklist for “violations” related to transiting the Strait of Hormuz. The authority said: “Vessels that cooperate with violating vessels will be added to the list of violators.”

Media inside Iran, citing this authority, reported that “given the violations by some vessels of the Iranian arrangements for transiting the Strait of Hormuz, these vessels will face restrictions in their future transits through the Strait of Hormuz, such as fines, detention, or seizure.”

In this blacklist, the names of ships can be seen that carry, among other things, large quantities of crude oil and liquefied gas, as well as imported goods. Some of these cargo vessels are owned by the transport company “ADNOC” from the United Arab Arab Emirates and companies affiliated with it, as well as by the shipping company “Bahri” from Saudi Arabia.

This list also includes the names of ships belonging to the Norwegian shipping company “Klaveness” (Klaveness), the company “Stolt” (Stolt), and the shipping company “Sinokor” (Sinokor) owned by South Korea.
