Reports indicate that Abdulhamid al-Dbeibeh, prime minister of Libya’s unity government, ordered the arrest of Mustafa al-Majdoub, the self-proclaimed prime minister of Libya, who was operating in Geneva alongside members of his government and other accompanying people.

Muhammad Amehani Abdulrahman, a member of al-Majdoub’s government, was arrested.

The government led by al-Majdoub, in a statement, condemned the arrest of Muhammad Amehani Abdulrahman and called on the United Nations to take action.
