Russia does not consider Switzerland a suitable venue for Ukrainian settlement negotiations, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko told TASS.

According to him, "little remains of Swiss neutrality" and Geneva "cannot be considered" as a neutral platform due to Switzerland's actions, which he said have turned the country into "effectively an associated member" of NATO.
