Saudi Arabia’s state news agency reported in the early hours of Friday that Mohammed bin Salman, the Saudi Crown Prince, met and held talks with Brad Cooper, commander of the U.S. Central Command headquarters, CENTCOM.

According to this report, during the meeting, Mohammed bin Salman discussed defense cooperation between Saudi Arabia and the United States, as well as efforts to reduce regional tensions.

On Wednesday, 21 Mordad, the commander of CENTCOM had also met and held talks with Iraq’s Prime Minister, Ali Zaydi.
