Telecom retirees held protest rallies on Monday, 26 Mordad 1405, in several provinces including Kurdistan, Hamadan, Isfahan and Kermanshah. Protesters say that part of their demands has still not been paid, and the situation with supplementary insurance is also unfavorable. The retirees also protested the indifference of the company’s major shareholders, including the Executive Headquarters of Imam Khomeini and the Sepah Cooperative, and said that the managing director’s promises about fully paying their claims have not been carried out. In these rallies, slogans such as “Don’t put it off until today or tomorrow; pay our right,” “Corrupt shareholder, shame on you,” and “The shareholder commits oppression; the minister supports it” were chanted.
