The Tehran Province Journalists’ Association has announced that over the past year, more than 100 journalists have lost their jobs in Tehran alone.

The association, on 17 Mordad 1405, described the professional and financial situation of journalists in Iran as one of the most difficult periods in recent years in a statement on the occasion of Journalists’ Day.
