The United States possesses orbital weapons to control outer space, said Air Force Secretary Troy Meink.
“Today, we continue to ensure we remain ready to meet the challenges of evolving threats, wherever they exist. This is why the United States now has on-orbit space control weapons, capable of defending the joint force against hostile adversary action,” he told a conference of the Air Force and Space Force Association.
The conference moderator asked him to elaborate on the weapon, but the minister refused.
