The UK Maritime Trade Operations Center published a report on Wednesday, 18 Shahrivar, about the targeting of several commercial ships in the north of the Persian Gulf and the Sea of Oman. According to the report, the ships were taken under fire in the evening of Tuesday, 17 Shahrivar, at the same time as military activities in the region continued, with the aim of putting them out of action.
The report was published following the intensification of clashes in the Persian Gulf.
