The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic announced that the permit for the release and departure of 10 Hormozgan fishermen in the UAE, who were due to be freed, was revoked minutes ago, at the last moment.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ announcement, the UAE side prevented the departure of these 10 fishermen without providing a “reasonable justification,” and halted the process of their release.
So far, UAE officials have not provided any official explanation about the reason for the cancellation of this permit and the subsequent situation of the fishermen.
