Warning that the regional security landscape has crossed a critical threshold, Iranian journalist and Press TV commentator Alireza Akbari stated that neighboring countries enabling or directly participating in US aggression against Iran will face severe consequences.

"Time and again recently we are seeing from Iranian officials that they are saying if the US aggression continues on Iran ... Iran's retaliation and response will not be eye for an eye but in my definition it will be eye for an eye plus one. So it shows that anyone, anything directly and indirectly ... facilitating or participating in US aggression on Iran, they will pay the price," Akbari said.
