A citizen, by sending an image to Iran International, reported that no services are provided to women without mandatory hijab at the Shahrivar vehicle plate exchange center in Shahrivar.

In recent years, multiple reports have been published about women being denied access to services from government and public institutions for not observing mandatory hijab.
