A new report in Australia said that some of the country’s universities in areas with dual use have carried out research cooperation with countries such as Iran.

The report examined 21 studies with potential military applications, ranging from drones and robotics to artificial intelligence. Earlier, Australia’s education minister had vetoed 13 research grants due to national security concerns.
