A state of emergency declared in Novorossiysk, Russia, following a Ukrainian drone attack;

Following a drone attack by Ukrainian forces on the port of Novorossiysk in southern Russia, an emergency situation was declared in the region.

As a result of the attack, two main water transfer pipelines suffered ruptures and severe damage, disrupting the city’s water supply network; a development that has forced local officials to impose restrictions on water distribution to citizens.

Reports and images released also show that dense smoke has blanketed the entire city.
