Abdolhossein Khosropanah, Secretary of the Cultural Revolution Supreme Council, said at a session titled “the requirements of governance in the post-war period”: “Khatam Headquarters and the General Staff of the Armed Forces must also change their governance. Today, all of our institutions must build drones; what we need is to build a drone that can hit the F-35, because it has threatened airspace.”

Khosropanah added: “Some say we should leave the NPT and build an atomic bomb; if we do that, then China and Russia will again veto resolutions against us in the UN Security Council? We must say that we are not building an atomic bomb, because our martyred leader has declared it forbidden, but if you attack, we will strike all of your nuclear centers.”
