Associated Press, citing officials in Turkey and Pakistan, reported that despite the Houthis’ attacks on its oil infrastructure, Saudi Arabia has not asked these two countries for military assistance. A Turkish official described these attacks as the first test of the tripartite defense agreement and said that this alliance has not yet been fully institutionalized.
