Artificial intelligence has advanced to the point that it is increasingly difficult, day by day, to tell what is real and what is not when it comes to producing realistic images.

But can people be taught to recognize the image of a person that is actually made by a machine?

This is the question that Dr. Clare Sutherland and her Australian colleague at the University of Aberdeen have been investigating.
