Ebrahim Azizi, head of the National Security Commission of the Iranian Parliament, said in a pre-sermon speech for the Friday prayers in Shiraz: “We will not leave America until the final defeat, and it is better that they speed up their escape from the region.”

The head of the National Security Commission of the Parliament added: “Our forceful and unexpected response to the enemy compelled them to agree to a ceasefire, and this was America’s humiliating defeat in the world.”

Azizi added: “By resorting to Islamic rituals and the lessons we took from the School of Ashura, we pushed the enemy back on the battlefield and preserved our territorial integrity.”
