🔺Former CENTCOM commander: Iran is likely preparing “Kuh-e-Kalng” for future nuclear activity

▪The former CENTCOM commander says that recent activities at the underground “Kuh-e-Kalng” complex could be a sign that these facilities are being readied for Iran’s continued nuclear activities in the future.

▪Joseph Votel, in an interview with Fox News, said these moves provide “more evidence” that Iran, if it is not currently seeking to rebuild its nuclear program, is at least preparing facilities that could continue this path in the future.

▪He pointed to the mountainous location of the complex, saying: “Kuh-e-Kalng” is near the Natanz nuclear facilities, and its geographic conditions allow Iran to carry out activities and place its facilities deeper within the mountain.
