🔶 Ghalibaf: After the attack on Dahiya, I stopped talks with the United States

Mohammad-Baqer Ghalibaf, Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, claimed on Saturday, 24 Mordad (15 August), that after the latest Israeli attack on Dahiya—during which Hezbollah’s intelligence chief was killed along with his family—he had halted negotiations with the United States.

The Israeli attack on Dahiya took place in mid Khordad 1405, and at that time, Ghalibaf was leading the Iranian negotiating team with representatives of the United States.

Ghalibaf added that he had said that same night, Israel would be targeted, and that if this country responded to the attack, the Islamic Republic would target the entire region with attacks.
