“Gholam Hossein Mohseni-Ejei,” head of the Judiciary of the Islamic Republic, said that if efforts to secure the right of the oppressed from the oppressor are neglected, the first thing that would condemn people is their conscience.
Mohseni-Ejei said on Monday, 9 Shahrivar 1405: “If we neglect to secure the right of the oppressed from the oppressor, the first one to condemn us will be our conscience.” He added, referring to the expansion of electronic facilities in the judicial system, that in the past following up on cases in deprived areas was difficult, but now it is possible to partially remove some of these limitations through judicial proceedings and electronic notifications.
