I am pleased to announce the nomination of Lee Rudofsky for membership on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit! Lee currently serves as a distinguished judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. He previously served as Arkansas Attorney General and Assistant General Counsel at Walmart. He graduated from Harvard Law School and Cornell University.
