👈 Instagram will be locked at night for those under 18

Meta has agreed to pay up to $18 billion to settle dozens of U.S. states’ lawsuits regarding the harms social media platforms cause to children and teenagers, in order to end the complaints.

The company has also agreed to set, by default, a daily limit of two hours of use for users under 18 and to block access from midnight to 6 a.m.
