Iran and Russia are on the verge of signing an agreement to implement the Rasht-Astara railway line construction project by the Republic of Azerbaijan. This project is one of the key projects of the international North-South Transport Corridor. According to a report by IRNA, representatives from Tehran and Moscow are expected to sign this document soon.
