Qatar has cut its own country’s budget by 30% and its foreign aid budget by 85%, while these cuts are due to a decline in revenues because of the war with Iran.

According to this report, Iran has destroyed 17% of Qatar’s export capacity, and it is expected that rebuilding this capacity will take 5 years. The International Monetary Fund has announced that Qatar’s economy will contract by 8.6% at present and that this trend will continue until the end of 2026.
