🔸Iran’s Islamic Republic airline, Iran Air, says that so far it has not received any notice or directive to stop or suspend this company’s flights from the authorities of Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Iraq, and, based on this, it will continue its flights to these countries.

🔸In a statement issued by Iran Air on Tuesday, September 31, hours before the U.S. Treasury Department’s deadline for not providing aviation services to all Iranian airlines, it was published.

🔸The statement says that until any official notice is received, Iran Air flights to Turkey, Iraq, and the Republic of Azerbaijan will be carried out “in accordance with the current schedule.”

🔸On Monday, September 30, Scott Bessent, U.S. Treasury Secretary, had said that from Mehr 1, flights of all Iranian airline routes worldwide would be suspended by applying secondary sanctions.
