Israel’s Chief of Staff addresses special forces fighters of the Air Force unit:

The operations you carried out are unprecedented, and we cannot speak publicly about many of them; these activities will be recorded in the pages of the history of the Israeli Army.

Yesterday (Sunday), Israel’s Chief of Staff, Iyal Zamir, along with the commander of the Air Force, Maj. Gen. Omer Tishler, and several other commanders, visited the Palmachim base.

During the visit, Israel’s Chief of Staff conducted an operational assessment of the Air Force’s readiness for different scenarios in the fields of defense and attack. He also met with the fighters of the special units and, appreciating their performance and operational role in all theaters.

Iyal Zamir: In recent years, you have introduced new capabilities to the battlefield. The operations you have carried out have been unprecedented and require courage, creativity, and high execution capability, and we cannot speak publicly about many of them.

In the multi-front war we are in, this air base has been operating farther than at any other time, drawing on special and leading capabilities.
