Mizan News Agency, the judiciary’s media outlet, on Sunday, 29 Shahrivar, with the announcement of this news, wrote that the center had been operating for years “under cover” of teaching a foreign language and, despite multiple warnings from “legal institutions” to obtain a permit, had refused to do so.

Mizan accused the French language training center of using language education to carry out “anti-Iranian-Islamic cultural projects” and actions “contrary to national security,” and wrote that the center was engaged in “identification, network-building, and facilitating the departure of elites from the country.”

At the same time, one of Iran International’s sources in Tehran reported in a message that the French language training center on Abiورد Street, in Kimia Alley, had been the target of an attack by plainclothes forces.

According to this source, the staff and teachers of the center were harassed and its classes were shut down.
