“Mohammad Jafarpoor,” the managing director of the Iran Telecommunications Company, said that the minimum charges for maintaining landline phone lines in 1405 will increase by 45%, and stated that this increase will create approximately 2,600 billion tomans in additional revenue for the company compared to the previous year.

Based on the company director’s remarks, the “subscription” or minimum cost for maintaining a landline phone line was, for the first time, legally included in the tariffs in 1404.
