For 47 years, we have wanted to do things properly, but every time they say it is not the time.

Whenever we want to do something, they say hold on for now, and every time another excuse is brought up.

The result is that we are sinking deeper and deeper into this quicksand.

We are forced to carry out reforms.

If we do not handle the areas of water, electricity, gas, gasoline, and diesel properly, the problems will become worse.

Every time we want to enter these issues, they say don’t touch them now, because if you do, the noise will get loud.

Well, when should we touch them? When we ourselves are drowned, the country is destroyed, and everyone has lost?

We handed over some units, but they brought them back again; while they should not have been returned.

Even those parts that were brought back are not functioning effectively now.
