👈Reuters: Donald Trump, President of the United States, raised the possibility of the United States staying in Iran and a “oil deal,” and compared it with the Washington agreement that would give the United States control of one-fifth of Venezuela’s oil reserves.
Trump said that ultimately the United States will leave Iran unless it decides to stay in this country for oil. He also claimed that the revenues from Venezuelan oil have, until now, “paid for wars several times.”
Trump again said he expects the war with Iran to end by the end of this year; likely after the U.S. midterm elections in November.
He added that after the war ends, the price of gasoline will “fall like a stone.”
