Tehran Prosecutor has said that an indictment has been issued in the case of the attacks by the United States and Israel on the residence of Ali Khamenei, the former leader, and members of his family, as well as on the Tabi’e Tayyeba school in Minab.
Ali Salehi said that the indictment in this case was issued after “the completion of preliminary investigations and the review of evidence and internal and international documents,” and was sent to court “for review and the issuance of a ruling.”
According to him, in this case, “all the instigators, agents, and masterminds behind this crime have been placed under judicial pursuit, and one of the most important charges attributed in this indictment is participation in ‘efsad fi al-ard’ through committing a terrorist act,” which led to the killing of the former leader and members of his family, as well as the killing of students at the Minab school.
Tehran Prosecutor also added that, in addition to determining the judicial status of the defendants inside the country, “this case will also be usable as a legal document of the Islamic Republic of Iran for pursuing the criminal responsibility of the commanders and perpetrators in the international arena.”
On the first day of the attacks on Iran, on the 9th of Esfand last year (2026), the residence of the former leader, and also the Shajare Tayyeba school were targeted.
In the attack on the Minab school, more than 100 people were killed, most of them students, and about 100 others were injured.
