🔻The 20th edition of the Asian Games 2026 officially kicked off in Japan with an opening ceremony at Paloma Mizuho Stadium in the city of Nagoya.

🔹The parade of the sports delegations, performances of cultural programs, and lighting the games’ torch were among the main parts of the ceremony.

🔹Iran’s delegation also participated in the opening ceremony parade. Afghanistan’s delegation was also present, with Laleh Gargar and Mohammad Khalid Hotak serving as flag bearers.
