The European Union and several other countries, including Canada, the UK and Australia, in a joint statement, condemned the continued execution of protesters in Iran in the strongest terms, and the crackdown on people who protested for justice and human dignity. They called for an immediate halt to executions and the release of all detainees from the protests.

Jean-Noël Barrot, France’s foreign minister, wrote in a post on the X social network that seven months after the “widespread crimes” against the people of Iran who took to the streets for justice and human dignity, the Iranian government continues to “shed the blood” of the people by increasing executions.
