▪Volodymyr Zelensky, President of Ukraine, announced on Sunday that the number of fatalities from a Russian airstrike on a munitions depot in Kyiv province has increased to 38. Searches are underway to find four people who are still missing.

▪The deadliest Russian attack in Kyiv province this year occurred in the late hours of Friday, when Moscow launched heavy attacks against Ukraine’s capital and continued them over the weekend.

▪The Friday blast targeted a military facility where artillery shells, mines, drones, and other munitions were stored.

▪In a Telegram post, Zelensky said that rescuers have managed to put out most of the fires, but the level of contamination in the area is significant.
