The Wall Street Journal reported that cuts to subsidies and fuel rationing in Iran have led to public dissatisfaction and a strike by truck and taxi drivers, and long lines have formed at fuel stations.

As the newspaper wrote, the government is facing a problem in order to maintain subsidies, and the consequences of war and the U.S. blockade have intensified the pressure stemming from the collapse in the value of the currency, rising unemployment, and higher prices of everyday goods for the people.
