🔻The United Arab Emirates says it has suspended all trade exchanges and financial transactions with Iran until further notice.

The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that this decision was taken due to the intensification of regional tensions; tensions that undermine peace and security.

Hours earlier, the UAE Ministry of Defense said that Iran fired two ballistic missiles toward the territory of this country, with one of the missiles falling outside the territorial waters of the UAE and the second missile landing inside the country’s waters.

With the start of attacks by the United States and Israel against Iran, the UAE was targeted by Iran more than other countries in the region. However, in the wave of Iranian attacks that began after the signing of a memorandum of understanding, the UAE was not a target of Iran’s attacks.
