Abbas Goudarzi, the spokesperson of the Presidium of the Parliament, said that, according to the permission obtained from the Leader, the government has from 29 Mordad a period of one and a half months to introduce the proposed ministers of Intelligence and Defense to the parliament, and in this regard an idea has been raised that the requirement of ijtihad for the Minister of Intelligence should not be necessary.

According to Tasnim News Agency, he added that this idea, given its legal incompatibility, requires amending the law; accordingly it has been decided that the government will submit a bill to the parliament in this regard.
