Amir Hatami, commander-in-chief of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Armed Forces, said the enemy must be thwarted and that “so much bitterness of failure is poured into the enemy’s mouth” that it understands it cannot come from the other side of the world and say that it is changing the country’s map.
He added, “We fight for 10 generations, for 20 generations,” and said the only way to prevent the enemy’s objectives from being realized is to make this point understood “with the language of force.”
He further said: “The enemy’s short-, medium-, and long-term objectives are continuously monitored, and the armed forces are prepared to counter any scenario.”
