According to reports, Donald Trump, the U.S. president, cut short his weekend holiday at the presidential residence in “Camp David” and returned to the White House earlier than scheduled.

According to reports by news agencies, Trump’s early return from the weekend holiday comes as his administration is considering its next steps in the dispute with Iran, and as it coincides with his trip to New York next week to attend the United Nations General Assembly. Iran announced on Saturday that it had informed the United States of its conditions for resuming negotiations, via Qatar and Pakistan, and is awaiting a response from Donald Trump.
